special characters in listchars

Vim (MacVim) can display special characters ( ASCII >126). Some work better than others. You have to try. On OSX there is a symbol overview available. Find the perfect characters for you.

set listchars=eol:↲,tab:▶▹,nbsp:␣,extends:…,trail:•
